Dr. Jordan Ledger is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. By being board certified, Dr. Ledger has successfully achieved the training, experience and knowledge to practice the specialty of oral and maxillofacial surgery. A doctor who is board certified has proved that they are a highly trained specialist and is now recognized by their peers for their expertise in the field, and as having achieved the highest standards of practice within the profession.

During his four year oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Loyola University Medical Center, Dr. Ledger received training in other disciplines such as plastic surgery, general surgery, and anesthesia. He is highly trained to treat patients in the hospital, outpatient facilities, and in his private office. Dr. Jordan Ledger manages a wide variety of problems related to the mouth, teeth, face and jaw. He practices the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from dental implant procedures and wisdom tooth removal to corrective jaw surgery/TMJ disorders and bone grafting procedures. This also includes techniques designed to reconstruct bone structure with minimal surgical intervention, teeth in a day procedures (all-on-four), and same day smiles. Dr. Ledger also diagnoses and treats pathologic conditions and facial pain as well as care for accident victims with facial injuries and fractures.

The surgical staff at Chicago Oral Surgery & Implant Center is comprised of an experienced team specially trained for assisting in surgical procedures and I.V. sedation. In addition, our assistants are certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, dental radiography, and CPR.
