Mario A. Pinto, DO

Dr. Mario A. Pinto, DO is an internist and is boardξcertified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He grew up in New York City, where he attended The City College of New York (CCNY).ξThrough his work experience, interest in biology, scientific research and interest in building personal relationships, he decided to pursue medicine as a career.ξHe graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in biology and received the Jonas E. Salk Award scholarship for medical school.ξHeξattended A. T. Still School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona, where he discovered the importance and developed a passion for primary care, followed by a three-year residency in internal medicine with a focus on primary care at NYU Langone Brooklyn Campus. Upon graduation as a co-chief resident of the internal medicine primary care track, he was elated to join Internal Medicine Associates of Westport.
