Too often, bigger means that clients become numbers instead of people, and doing what’s best for the company means sacrificing what’s best for the client. We weren’t okay with that. We created RWR West Insurance to get away from bottom lines and quotas that reign and many agencies, and get back to why insurance was really created: to help people just like you.
