At Shift with Lucy, our traditional Tai Chi(Taiji) School and Yoga Studio offers classes for everyone in their pursuit of mindful movement. Whether you think you can’t take a tai chi(Taiji) class, yoga class, or sit and meditate, we’re here to tell you that you can! Our space is the place for you to ease your mind while benefiting your mental, physical, and emotional health. If you have limitations due to medical concerns, all our yoga classes and tai chi(Taiji) classes are modification friendly! We want everyone to join us, not just the fittest and strongest!
