I took over this Alpena agency in 2018 upon Lois Gibbs’ retirement, and it’s been a joy continuing her mission of serving this community with excellent customer service and great communication. I love the people here because they’re genuine and truly care for one another. There’s also plenty of things to do, including checking out the Island Park & Wildlife Sanctuary, Hubbard Lake and the annual Michigan Brown Trout Festival.

Family is important to me. I have a wife, Julie, and two daughters, Katie and Leah. We also have four amazing dogs who are filled with energy. Giving back to the community is something I also hold dear to me. I’ve sponsored Alpena High School boys basketball, the Alpena Longbeards and the Alpena County Fair. I’m also a member of the Alpena Chamber of Commerce. I’m happy to be an active community member because this area has given so much back to me.
