NCMA Internal & Family Medicine — Mendocino

Dr. Jennifer Stewart will be relocating her practice, subsequent to cessation of clinical operations of NCMA, on May 2, 2021. Dr. Jeff Berenson will also no longer be affiliated with NCMA and will re-open at the current location in Mendocino with a membership-based practice starting May 3, 2021.

Dr. Stewart will remain on the Mendocino Coast in Fort Bragg, through the Adventist Health System at Adventist Health Mendocino Coast Offices. Here is her new location & contact information:

Please call on or after May 1st, 2021 to schedule an appointment, as she may not have a formal schedule until then.

Between May 1 and May 15, 2021, Dr. Stewart may be reached for prescription refills and urgent questions at 707-961-2100. If you have an emergency, please call 911 or go to the Emergency Room. You may also go to the Immediate Care clinic at NCFHC.

Dr. Stewart expects to continue to accept the same health insurance plans she already currently accepts in her practice, and some additional insurance.
