NCMA Cardiology — Fountaingrove CLOSED

Cardiologists Masis Babajanian, MD, Thomas Dunlap, MD, Vishal Patel, MD, and Nurse Practitioner Toni McFadden, NP, are leaving Northern California Medical Associates, effective April 30, 2021. After this date, these providers will continue to practice in Santa Rosa with St. Joseph Health Medical Group, beginning on May 3, 2021.
