Dr. Waring IV is a diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has served as an Associate Professor of Ophthalmology, and as the Director of Refractive Surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina, the Storm Eye Institute, and is one of our nation’s most accomplished eye surgeons.

Dr. Waring is involved in the development of new procedures to resolve a range of eye conditions, as well as ongoing clinical research. He serves as Adjunct Assistant Professor of Bioengineering at the College of Engineering and Science at Clemson University. As such, his clients gain access to some of the most advanced, effective treatments available in the USA. He has been called upon to teach new surgical procedures to ophthalmologists on four continents.
