I offer sensitive and compassionate support to help safely create the internal space necessary for healing. The counseling process focuses on helping identify and heal depression, anxiety, chronic pain and stress- related issues. Working with individuals, couples, families, and groups, I specialize in life transitions, women’s issues, expressive arts therapy, grief counseling and stress reduction. My specialties also include teaching mindfulness meditation and expressive art as a way to restore balance within yourself and your world.
