I was in a rut, gained 10 lbs., and was dragging myself to the gym in an effort to lose the weight I had gained and then I found iLoveKickboxing Largo....GAME CHANGER!! I was SO impressed with the facility, the trainers, and the workout (not to mention the free gloves!) The staff are all high energy and very motivating not to mention very knowledgeable! The first class kicked my butt and I knew this was where I belonged. It’s so nice to be a part of a group and have fun while getting a true workout. I joined about a week ago and have already lost 3 of the 10 lbs. that I gained prior to starting. I know it won’t be long until it’s all off and I’ll be toned too! If you need help getting motivated and staying motivated, this is the place for you! You don’t need any prior experience...they teach you everything. Thumbs up for iLKB Largo!
