Grace Manor Adult Family Home

Our main purpose is to provide safety, grace and dignity in the aging process through a comfortable, caring and friendly environment. Residents will be encouraged to participate with others through the activities provided in the house and out in the community as well. We provide the following services: private and/or semiprivate rooms, 3 meals per day, snacks available at any time, housekeeping and personal laundry, activities to keep residents engaged, bathing, dressing, grooming, medication management, and contact with the physicians and family on behalf of the resident. Our staff consists of Home Care Aides or Certified Nursing Assistants who have additional certification in the following areas: Mental Health, Dementia, and Diabetes Care. Visit our website today.
