Marilyn Andreatta - Century 21 Beggins Enterprises

My name is Marilyn Andreatta. I grew up in NW Indiana near Chicago. A job transfer took our young family to Omaha, NE in 1984. While in Indiana I attended Ball State University with a major in Elementary Education/Physical Education. After wanting to teach all my life, I found it wasn’t for me and that I was better suited for business.

Once in Nebraska I attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha majoring in Business and Finance and found my niche. I worked in accounting for large corporations, banks, savings and loans, and finished my career at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

I retired in 2008 and moved to Tampa. I loved Florida right from the beginning. I love the temperate climate, palm trees, beaches, the stunning sunsets, but most of all the people.

My husband and I are empty nesters. After several years of retirement I felt the need to get back out in the world to work with and help people. But how was I going to achieve that goal? Real estate! I realized I can help people find their first home, a second home, an investment property or the home of their dreams!

I serve the Apollo Beach, Ruskin, Sun City Center, and Riverview areas. I am so excited to show you and your family all the possibilities waiting for you out there! Together we can make your dreams come true!
