The Flooring Guru is the premier forensic flooring inspector/consultant in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area. After 20 years of installing all manner of flooring, and understanding how the sales, and installation process is performed, I have a unique perspective on the flooring industry.

As a member of the Code of ethics committee for the National Institute of Certified Floorcovering Inspectors (NICFI), you will get an honest and ethical report.

I am also a Member of the National wood flooring association (NWFA) Bamboo standards committee, you get a cutting edge of bamboo and engineered wood knowledge.
I am also on the NWFA Appeals Committee; we review inspection reports to verify quality and content.
I continue to offer training classes to the Tampa area flooring market in an effort to improve the reputation and quality of the flooring industry in Tampa/St. Petersburg.
I also perform moisture testing of concrete slabs using either the CALC (calcium Chloride) or RH (relative humidity Insitu probe)
