As an experienced, registered dietitian and health coach, I have spent over 25 years practicing the combination of science and nutrition to help my clients with food addictions, emotional eating, eating disorders, and other food pathologies. I use a variety of techniques including nutrition therapy, health, and weight loss coaching. Many of my clients have accessed my services after unsuccessful diets and weight loss. As your personal, registered dietitian I combine at least 5 different approaches to ensure your personal success.
