Dr. Corey Hunt takes care of the whole family at his practice Compass Family Medicine, where patients can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. For the past 20 years, Dr. Hunt has offered medical care to families living in Newberry, South Carolina.

Dr. Hunt works with his patients to explore all treatment options available, ensuring their lifestyle choices and interests are taken into consideration. He’s passionate about providing the highest quality of care to his patients.

Dr. Hunt received his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine in 1988. He then went on to complete his residency at the McLeod Regional Medical Center.

He and his wife Ellen have three daughters who attended Newberry County Public Schools. Outside of his practice, Dr. Hunt enjoys composing folk songs, working on his farm in Silverstreet, and supporting the Newberry Community Players. He’s passionate about promoting the education, health, and well-being of his neighbors in Newberry County.
