Our Practice
The Effect Lifestyle Practice was founded on a passion for well. Several hard-working mothers who are also community executives of middle age identified the necessity to invent a place in which was warm and welcoming. Focused on all ages, all sizes, all groups, all genders but specifically females with a variety of needs that after many searches, diets, physician visits, and discussions with friends and family needs remained outstanding.
Our owner Kelly Ingram-Mitchell, a middle-aged mom with two jobs and a background in physical therapy and exercise physiology understands that sometimes life happens and we watch it pass by. Lives get put on hold to help those around us, personal wellness is superseded by the need to meet professional goals set forth and at the end of the day you and your health may not be the primary focus.
After 4 years of a startup company and a declining health and noticeable progressive aging she set forth on a mission with a group of experts, men and women to make a new place with a new mission just for you.  We want the best for you. We want to share our story and make you’re the best story ever exuding happiness and health from this time forward.
