SAMPLES restaurant was founded in 2015 by Mark and Carmen Sample as a way to combine their passion for comfort food and craft drinks with their desire to provide employment opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The restaurant brings award-winning food and friendly service to Longmont, all the while supporting a community that is drastically underserved. Located right on Main Street, in the heart of downtown, SAMPLES is a perfect gathering place for families and friends. Whether you’re out for a date night, a drink with your friends or hosting a company event, SAMPLES is the place to be.

​The menu offers traditional favorites with new twists, like the famous poutine burger or the Korean rib sandwich. The bar offers a wide selection of locally famous beers, creative cocktails, and wines from across the world. And don’t worry if you can’t make it to Longmont, because SAMPLES is mobile!
