I focus my law practice on assisting people who want to take care of life's most important business; protecting yourself, your family and your assets. I will assist you in creating an estate plan which enables you to appoint those persons you know and trust to take care of your property if you should become incapacitated and will advocate for your health care wishes.

I also assist individuals who have been appointed as Executors, Trustees or Attorney in Fact fulfill their legal obligations with the standard of care required of them as fiduciaries. In the event of the need to probate an estate I will represent the Executor/Personal Representative in the probate process. I am willing to serve as an Executor/Personal Representative or Professional Trustee.
