Test On Time is a professional drug and alcohol testing service provider that provides all the services involved in the drug testing process. It coordinates for an employer the entire process of the specimen collection, breath alcohol testing, hair drug test, laboratory testing, audit support, educational materials, the review and reporting by the Medical Review Officer (MRO) thereby providing all of these services under a one-stop shop. We provide everything to the employer client to keep the client in compliance with the applicable regulations. Test On Time history began in 2017 when Julian Preston decided to create a distinctive drug testing service that would change the way people think about drug & alcohol testing. He wanted to build a system that would be famous for providing outstanding services that will include helping clients comply with federal regulations (FAA & DOT), court-ordered drug and alcohol testing, onsite drug, and alcohol testing and personal drug and alcohol testing.
