Celeste K. Fellner, D.P.M.

Dr. Celeste Fellner completed her undergraduate studies at Canisius College and is a graduate of the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland. She completed her podiatric surgical residency program at Doctor's Hospital in Houston, Texas. Dr. Fellner is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. She is a Partner at the Butler County Medical Center and a staff member at local hospitals.

Serving the community since 1990, Dr. Fellner provides comprehensive foot care including diabetic foot salvage, wound care, reconstructive foot surgery and endoscopic surgery. She is an active member of the community and involved in music and the arts with her three daughters.
