Opened in 1982 by Steve Coots as Coots Poured Walls, the company quickly grew to become one of the largest concrete contractors in the Southern Tier, specializing in Concrete Poured Walls, Concrete Flat Work and Foam Block Foundations. We are one of the few concrete contractors in the Southern Tier that produces their own concrete in a state of the art plant. Our crews can pour anything from modular home foundations to complex 400+ yard structural lake home foundations. Working in challenging locations, our crews have put foundations and retaining walls where others won't go; swamps, cliffs, embankments, water, gullies and mountain tops.
