Previously, investing in real estate has been time-consuming and confusing. There isn’t enough information in one place to allow an individual to make an informed decision, and the process of gathering the data can be overwhelming! This is where Zumbly comes in!
As former real estate agents, we decided to build Zumbly to make life easier. Our platform aggregates all the relevant data into one site, so our users can make informed investment decisions in a matter of minutes, rather than days or weeks.

Our platform allows anyone to quickly find the best investment properties based on their personal investment goals. In order to accomplish this, we centralize all active sales listings, while also showing their traditional long-term leasing as well as short-term renting potential (similar to sites like Airbnb®, HomeAway®, or VRBO®). This allows our users to not only see all available properties for sale based on their own specific criteria, but also quickly shows them the costs of ownership and the potential profits from renting the home – either through traditional long-term renting or short-term tenancy.

Our goal is simple: eliminate barriers for real estate agents and investors, as well as educate new investors by giving them the tools they need to ensure confidence in finding the best returning properties to suit their personal goals.
