American Properties provides a variety of pre-development services including, but not limited to due diligence, project management, entitlement processing and government relations. Most clients retain our services to manage all aspects of the project planning and entitlement process including assembling a consulting team to prepare the projects concept, site plan design, technical reports, drafting entitlement documents, act as owner representative with all parties involved in the entitlement process.
