Born and raised in New York City to Portuguese immigrants, Dr. Martinho received her medical degree from Ross University of School of Medicine, undergraduate psychology degree from New York University, and a postgraduate certificate in Healthcare Ethics from Creighton University. The combination of her studies has well equipped her to take a global approach when getting to know and treating her patients. Dr. Martinho treats the whole person, not just the symptoms. She truly enjoys healing and helping in all facets. Being an individual practitioner was her lifelong dream.
Now in private practice, Dr. Martinho has made a name for herself by focusing on patient-focused, quality care.
