Zachary Hart

State General Agent Zachary Hart first joined American Income Life in 2000, right out of high school. He was personally recruited by his brother, SGA Mathew Hart.

Zachary has been very successful during his career with American Income Life. He was the top Individual Producer in 2005 and was an award-winning General Agent in the same year. In 2009, Zachary was the #10 Personal Producer and became a Million Dollar Club qualifier in 2010. Zachary was the #1 Master General Agent in 2012 and the #3 MGA in 2013.

“American Income Life has shown me the true definition of Opportunity Unlimited, and has allowed me to be me! The Company has taught me to be a better leader, father, mentor, friend, and husband,” Zachary says about his rewarding career.

Zachary knows American Income Life products help people grieving the loss of a loved one. “American Income Life doesn’t have a product that won’t help people,” he says.

Zachary believes his life events brought him to the success he enjoys now. Even if he could, he wouldn’t change anything about his American Income Life career.

In his free time Zachary enjoys baseball, football, fishing, coaching, being a husband, and being a father to his four children. His office participates in daily food drives and donates time and money to local churches, hospitals, missions, cancer funds, and United Way.

Before joining American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) in 2014, Tom ‘Rocket’ Weller was a regional vice president of a tire company. But AIL Regional Director, Patrick ‘Bulldog’ Bendure, inspired him to bring his talents to American Income Life.

Was it the right choice for Tom? You bet! “Being awarded a crystal vase and walking across the stage in Cancun, Mexico, at the annual AIL Sales Convention, has been one of my greatest accomplishments with American Income Life,” he states proudly. “But the most rewarding aspect of joining AIL has been the opportunity to watch others grow personally and professionally,” he adds.

“My Agency helps ease the worst moments in someone’s life when dealing with the loss of a loved one, while putting millions of dollars back into the economy” emphasizes Tom. “We offer unlimited opportunity, leadership development and growth from day one, and a family atmosphere where we are always accountable to each other. In addition, we benefit the community by giving of our time, sponsoring young men and women through the Big Brother and Big Sister organizations, and working with homeless shelters and battered women shelters,” he adds.

“If you are considering a sales or leadership position with AIL, be relentless and be coachable. If I could start over, I would have followed my own advice more closely,” he says.

Leisure for Tom is spending time with his kids, but he also enjoys going to the gym, traveling, reading, and motivational speaking.

As Tom says, “If you live to be 90 or beyond and live your whole life without meaning, you’ll be lucky to be remembered. But even if your time here is shorter and you live with purpose, your actions will lead you to be remembered forever.”
