Our Story

Emblem Properties, LLC was founded in 2016 as a response to the community’s need for a locally-owned, customer service-driven real estate company. Building a team of agents whose primary focus is on people and not commissions is the goal of owners John C. Mathews and Sherri Barrett. Emblem’s agents’ ties in the community run deep giving the client a resource that will aid in their real estate decision. As another demonstration of Emblem Properties’ commitment to the community, the Emblem Properties Education Partnership has been established wherein a portion of sales commissions are donated to local education initiatives.

As a member of the Tall Pines Association of Realtors®, Houston Association of Realtors�® and the Bryan-College Station Regional Association of Realtors®, Emblem can list or sell your property from Aggieland to Sugarland–Lake Conroe to Lake Livingston, and all the dirt roads in between.
