We are truly a small family business--Raciel and Eileen are co-owners of the business and also raise their kids and build community in DC's Brookland neighborhood, where they have lived since 1995. Raciel does the plumbing with his father as his assistant, and Eileen answers the phone, does the scheduling, keeps the books, and holds down her own full-time job in addition.
