Prime Physical Therapy's goal for every client is the alleviation and eventual prevention of their physical limitations. Through individualized treatments targeting the source of problems, pain and difficulty moving should immediately improve. Further improvements allow one to regain capabilities lost due to age or "getting old". Thus age is only a factor if you allow it to become one!

Although bodily compensations and inefficiencies naturally increase with age, they are readily reversible. These bodily "bad habits" are the source of everyone's aches and pains, but restoration of proper mechanics minimizes wear-and-tear. By minimizing the damage to one's body, it should only seem natural that the pain resulting from the damage decreases. Therefore during the rehabilitation process symptoms should be minimized, which in turn maximizes your performance and capabilities.
