At Hello Mental Health, we strive to provide the best and most compassionate mental health care counseling treatments to our patients. Our licensed clinical psychologists work with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety, panic disorder, phobias, OCD), bipolar disorder, thought disorders, personality disorders, trauma, and dual diagnoses (mental health and substance use diagnoses). In addition to psychotherapy, Hello Mental Health also provides Dialectical Behavior Therapy group treatment and couple's therapy.
