Hi, I’m Elisa and I’m extremely passionate about making you feel good. I specialize in Integrative Massage and Polarity Therapy. Polarity Therapy is a cutting edge healing practice that has helped my clients overcome: Fibermialga, Sleeping disorders, PTSD, Migraines, Sports Rehabilitation and even Addiction Recovery.

My Integrative Massage combines Massage Cranial sacral therapy, unfolding throughout the body with bodywork so the fascia release, increasing lymphatic flow and your overall energy.

After overcoming a near death experience and a personal brain injury and much of the mental and emotional changes I had incurred, I found that Polarity Therapy changed my life for the better. It helped me to not only grow stronger, but allowed me to share my experiences, through the science and technology of self-empowerment and self regulation, with others.
