Leah (MacDougal) Jones

Leah is an accomplished results-driven business development/analyst, marketing and corporate relations professional with 16 years servicing clients, internal and external, across multiple sectors: Financial Service, Energy, Real Estate and Hospitality. Prior to joining Merrill, Leah had tenures in the oil and gas industry at Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co followed by Jefferies. While at TPH, Leah was on the Equity Sales team, focused exclusively on the energy sector with primary coverage of large Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, and Pension Funds across the East Coast. She also established TPH's presence in the Southeast and proactively capitalized on untapped opportunity in Boston. At Jefferies, Leah was on the A&D Business Development team where she identified unexplored opportunities, and developed executive initiatives to build the brand and help the Execs, BD, Corporate Finance and Technical teams have more visibility and presence in the industry. Since joining Merrill, Leah has focused primarily on corporate and private equity relationships in the oil and gas industry.
