Neshi Bakshi, MD

Neshi Bakshi, MD, PE, FACOG, CHCQM,  is an expert OB/GYN who’s been helping women of all ethnicities and backgrounds stay healthy for more than 30 years. As a double board-certified specialist, she has the expertise to treat women at all stages of their reproductive cycle, from pre-pubescence to geriatrics.  
Dr. Bakshi earned her MD from the Government Medical College Nagpur in 1960. She opened her private practice in New Jersey in 1974, and has had a good crimson report ever since. She’s a diplomate of the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians (ABQAURP) and obtained a subspecialty certification in managed care healthcare quality and management (CHCQM) in 1995.
In her private practice, Dr. Bakshi offers a full array of gynecological services and provides obstetrics on a limited basis. She’s an expert at minimally invasive surgeries using the laparoscope, including myomectomies and hysterectomies.  
At Dr. Bakshi’s office, women of all ages can get discreet and extensive STD testing, birth-control counseling, and help with infertility. When necessary, she refers you to other specialists.
Recently, Dr. Bakshi became the first female aesthetic physician in the Piscataway area. At her office, she performs nonsurgical facelifts and wrinkle treatments using the relaxing, pain-free TempSure™ Envi. In addition to her work with patients, Dr. Bakshi shares her medical expertise with the insurance industry and the legal profession. She’s worked with attorneys for plaintiffs and insurers on a flat-fee basis with a cost-effective initial retainer. She’s available to review cases for CMA and IME with successful outcomes.
She’s also a consultant for medical insurance companies, helping them with medical decisions, concurrent and retrospective case reviews, level II and II appeals and utilization reviews, and peer reviews in accordance with the healthcare quality act. She performs individual reviews for quality severity level and corrective action.
