Welsh Mountain Canning utilizes a range of produce suppliers, some of which is grown on surrounding Amish farmlands and harvested from local orchards. From start to finish, everything they produce gets cleaned and cut by hand. Each jar is processed without any artificial ingredients in a hot water bath, which preserves food naturally.

From a wide variety of jams and jellies to a full selection of pickles, from chow chow, sauerkraut, and four bean salad to apple butters, canned fruits and pickled garlic…everything is made in small batches to ensure great flavor and proper texture for great eating.

While Welsh Mountain Canning products are only sold through wholesale at the production facility, all varieties are available for retail purchase at nearby Beiler’s Fruit Farm at 383 Springville Road.
