James Benton, MD

James Benton, MD, is a board-certified radiation oncologist at Radiotherapy Clinics of Georgia in Conyers and Decatur. Dr. Benton was voted Top Doctor in Atlanta by Atlanta Magazine as well as voted a Top 50 Most Influential Black Health Professional for Black Magazine in 2012. He became a doctor after losing his beloved grandfather to cancer, and believes in providing compassionate and high quality care. Dr. Benton is married with three children. He also is an avid reader of history and enjoys sports.
