Restituto Tibayan, MD

Dr. Tibayan is a medical oncologist and hematologist at Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada. Working with the multi-specialty practice, Dr. Tibayan will deliver the most current medical knowledge and treatment options to patients in Southern Nevada.

Prior to joining the practice, he held multiple positions with respected healthcare organizations in Garden City, Kansas. He served as principal investigator at the University of Kansas Cancer Center’s Midwest Cancer Alliance, enrolling patients for participation in major cancer clinical trials. He also worked at the Breast Center at St. Catherine’s Hospital having served as medical oncologist. At the Heartland Cancer Center, he was chief medical oncologist and hematologist for the practice and its three outlying clinics.

Dr. Tibayan has contributed to a number of medical journals and conferences, including the ASCO annual meeting and the World Congress on Heart Diseases.
