I have over 40 years experience in the banking industry with a focus in Automated Clearing House (ACH) knowledge. I have held a variety of positions over the years including File Clerk, Researcher, Escrow Analyst, Night Operator, Mortgage Processing (including Document Cancellation), Bookkeeping, Teller, IT Support, Conversion Audits, and Software Support.

The latter part of my career (over 20 years) has been spent focused on supporting banks and credit unions both domestically and abroad (Eastern Caribbean) in the area of ACH processing. I earned my Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification in 1997. For the past 20+ years, I have maintained this accreditation by keeping current with the ever-changing NACHA rules and by re-certifying with the AAP exam every 5 years. My ability to read technical documentation has contributed greatly to me being able to interpret these for the common layman. This ability has also served me well in regard to explaining ACH rules and regulations to others.

My innovative thinking and approach has given me the ability to craft creative solutions, such as using existing functions in a new way to provide an immediate resolution instead of requiring an enhancement. This has won me repeated expressions of gratitude from the customers I support and recognition from my employers.
