Thomas F. Vail, DPM, ABFAS is a highly trained podiatric physician and board-certified surgeon who uses his experience, exceptional training, and state-of-the-art technology to treat a myriad of foot and ankle ailments. He believes strongly in patient education, and working together to produce the best outcomes.

Step Alive Foot & Ankle Center offers many services that are unavailable at other practices in town. Dr. Vail uses many non-invasive techniques and technologies such as laser treatment for fungal toenails, shockwave therapy for painful and inflammatory conditions, and a digital foot scanner with superior technology to create custom orthotics and recommend proper footwear.

Dr. Vail is also able to perform any necessary surgeries—such as those to correct bunions, hammertoes, heel spurs and neuromas—on an out-patient basis. He offers comprehensive diabetic foot and wound care for his patients as well!
