Bruges Waffle Bus has been around since 2014 and serves only our Liège waffles. These caramelized delicacies are dough based and made fresh with only natural ingredients like all natural vanilla. What really makes these waffles unique however, are the pearls of sugar imported from Belgium. The sugar is made from sugar beets and the pearls give a unique caramelization and a burst of flavor to your waffle. Eat it plain, the Belgian way, or with our delicious toppings like fresh, hand-picked and hand-sliced fruit. Or discover our crème fraîche, a rich cream, freshly whipped.

For more options, we have our Brugesmobile where we add our Best of Utah fri(t)es and other savory options to the menu. Just like in our stores, all orders are prepared fresh for you. And we are proud to say that our merguez sausages are crafted by a local company using only meat from grass fed and pasture raised sheep.

The design of the Brugesmobile is created by Adrien Noterdaem, a famous Belgian comic artist.
