Karlton Uhm has over 25 years of experience with FHA/VA, Conventional and other mortgage loan products. After a successful college career at University of Kansas in Business Administration, he came back to his hometown of Chicago to make a difference in the lives of homeowners providing superior service and products than the average run of the mill loan officer.

He believes in attention to detail and high level quality customer service to broaden and deepen customer relationships, which results in achieving personal as well as team goals.

Karlton is known for being a dedicated team leader assisting colleagues with new technology and product knowledge. He is an articulate communicator with special attention given to detail to ensure full client comprehension.

Karlton lives in the Naperville area with his family, spends his free time with his son's Boy Scouts, lacrosse, golf and basketball leagues, volunteers with MoRE, WCR, Junior Achievement, Rotary and KU Alumni Association and can be found on a golf course to find the perfect swing.
