Lois moved to Riverside as a child with her parents and 2 brothers at the age of 6. She grew up in Riverside and graduated from La Sierra High School in 1980 as class Valedictorian. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Redlands with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management.
She has been married to her high school sweetheart since 1986. They currently live in Redlands with their 4 dogs - Coco, Tiger, Sparky, and Luke.
Lois has been in the mortgage industry since 1983 and has survived and thrived in all the cycles. She loves helping people reach the American dream of homeownership. During her tenure she has been privileged to introduce the mortgage industry to over 100 individuals. Proudly she has hired, trained, and mentored dozens of processors, funders, and Loan Officers to reach their goals. She is currently the Market Leader with Movement Mortgage where she has found industry leaders who have made Movement Mortgage the fastest growing mortgage bank in the United States, and is rated in the top 100 companies of job creators. They have gathered in one place and created an environment where all can reach their highest potential.
