WE HAVE MOVED! Connect Hearing Concord has moved and combined with our practice located at 4460 Black Ave, Ste F, Pleasanton, CA 94566. To schedule an appointment please call us at (925) 484-3507. To support the efforts to curb the spread of COVID-19, we are coordinating with health authorities and have instituted a number of measures to protect our patients and staff. We are thoroughly sanitizing all treatment areas and equipment between appointments and limiting people in the clinics to staff, patients and only one family member.
