Mehreen Fatima, MD

After earning a medical degree from King Edward Medical University in Lahore, Pakistan, Dr. Fatima completed an Internal Medicine internship at the Mayo Hospital Lahore in Pakistan. She also completed two internships in Psychiatry and Obstetrics and Gynecology at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in Lahore, Pakistan. Dr. Fatima did her residency at Cleveland Clinic Akron General and finished her work there in 2012 before working as a Family Medicine physician and joining Kelsey-Seybold in 2016. Dr. Fatima is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Texas Academy of Family Physicians and Harris County Medical Society. Dr. Fatima enjoys photography, tennis, basketball and traveling. As a child, Dr. Fatima’s favorite book was “Sherlock Holmes,” and she wished to have the power to help people when they are alone and in need. She loves to visit places with beautiful scenery and nature. Her favorite sports person is tennis star Roger Federer.​
