Phong Van-Liaw, MD, FAAP

Dr. Van-Liaw graduated from Cornell University’s Medical College in 1999. She then went to the St. Louis Children’s Hospital, a part of Washington University’s School of Medicine, for residency training in Pediatrics, which she completed in 2002. Dr. Van-Liaw is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is also a member of the Harris County Medical Society and the Texas Medical Association. In addition to Pediatrics, Dr. Van-Liaw’s clin​ical interests include Neonatal Medicine and Dermatology, two fields which she considered as possible careers when she was a medical student.​​ ​In her spare time, Dr. Van-Liaw enjoys painting landscape scenes, gardening and playing tennis.​​​
