Peter Halvorson, MD

After earning his medical degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch, Dr. Halvorson completed his internship and residency at San Bernardino County Medical Center in 1992 Dr. Halvorson is a member of the Texas Academy of Family Physicians, American Academy of Family Physicians and Harris County Medical Society. When not caring for patients, Dr. Halvorson enjoys skiing, hiking and traveling. He is involved with the charitable organizations such as The 100 Club, American Cancer Society and Ronald McDonald House. The best advice Dr. Halvorson has ever received is, “Don’t sweat the small stuff.” His guilty pleasure is Blue Bell ice cream.
