Hector Rodriguez, MD

After earning his medical degree from Michigan State University, Hector Rodriguez, M.D, completed his Internal Medicine internship and residency at Blodgett Memorial Hospital. He decided to pursue a career in medicine as a means to help other people. His decision to work in Internal Medicine was inspired by a physician he knew during residency. “I really gained an appreciation for working with older patients by observing this doctor address each patient’s concerns with sincere compassion. Dr. Rodriguez also enjoys working with his hands outside his medical practice. He spends a great deal of time gardening and is especially fond of the planting and care of flowers. Additionally, Dr. Rodriguez takes pleasure in woodworking and refinishing antique furniture.​​​
