Yoav Kaufman, MD

​​After graduating from Baylor College of Medicine in 2009, Dr. Kaufman completed his residency in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in 2015. He completed a fellowship from the Chase Hand & Upper Limb Center at Stanford University School of Medicine in Palo Alto, Calif., in 2016. Dr. Kaufman enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three boys. He also enjoys skiing, the outdoors and travel. Dr. Kaufman’s favorite meal is Tex-Mex fajitas and his favorite dessert is crème brûlée. His guilty pleasure is chocolate.The best advice he’s received is, “To be a surgeon is a privilege given to a few never lose sight of that honor.”
