Early Childhood Environments

Early Childhood Environments (ECE) operates a bilingual, STAR 4 program where children learn in a diverse, supportive environment. ECE provides a comprehensive Head Start, PHL Pre-K and afterschool program for more than 100 children. In addition, ECE offers an arts and academic enrichment summer camp to more than 75 children. ECE offers educational programming year-round. The staff at ECE provide educational and supportive learning environment in a diverse community that fosters a love for learning. Our Founder and Director Beth Perretta, has over 25 years of experience in early childhood education, interior and playground design. She holds an MS. Ed. from University of Pennsylvania, Post Bac in interior design from Moore College of Art, and a BA from Temple University.
