CUREtology: C. Cutter, MD

Dr. C. Suzanne Cutter delivers premium surgical oncology care using compassion and candor with an emphasis on empowering patients. As the founder of CUREtology Surgical Oncology and Associates, Dr. Cutter leaves no stone unturned when it comes to diagnosing and treating her patients in the Downtown Los Angeles area, giving them the tools they need to fight back against a cancer diagnosis.
As part of her comprehensive care, Dr. Cutter espouses a holistic approach that helps her patients from every angle. To that end, she’s instituted a program called HONERR© (hydration, organ detoxification, nutrition, exercise, rest, and relationships), which empowers her patients to care for themselves on every level for better overall health and wellness.
Dr. Cutter travels domestically and internationally to teach and provide care for cancer patients around the world. Her clinical and research training allow her to address tumors throughout the body except for the brain, bone, and heart, and her special interests include sarcomas, melanoma, and thyroid disease.
After a career in technology, which focused on health care, Dr. Cutter took a self-directed sabbatical to study medicine in Chicago. Her surgical training consisted of a general surgery residency in New York, a cancer research fellowship also in New York and a surgical oncology clinical fellowship in Los Angeles.
Dr. Cutter’s education and training exposed her to a wide variety of patients, pathologies, and practice patterns through experiences at major institutions, both domestic and abroad. She performs global medical missions once or twice per year in order to deliver education to the far reaches of the globe.
Dr. Cutter holds licenses in multiple states, which allows her to deliver care via telemedicine for initial consultations and postoperative wound checks for patients outside of Los Angeles in Arizona, Colorado, New York, and Minnesota.
