At Riverland Homes, we listen first. And then we design with passion. And then we build with pride. We work hard to deliver homes that strike the right balance between form and function, that include the features and functionality homeowners want and that provide a good value to our homebuyers.

Established in 2000 by a team with over 30 years of experience in the homebuilding industry, we build residential communities primarily in established neighborhoods across the greater Sacramento area.

Our principals are directly involved in every stage of the homebuilding process, from land acquisition, underwriting and home design to construction and finish selections. Our CEO personally designs most of the homes we build, and our President directly oversees construction, visiting each project site nearly every day.
