Dr. Kistka is originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin. She graduated from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire and received her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia. She completed her neurosurgery residency and subspecialization in neurosurgical oncology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
